Job Position – Application Support Specialist
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 6+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support Newgen applications (LMS, CMS, SRM, LOS, etc.)
Diagnose and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with development teams to enhance system performance
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and automation tasks
Perform system maintenance, patches, and upgrades
Provide training and support to business users on application functionality
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in platform/application support
Strong knowledge of Newgen applications and related processes
Proficiency in SQL troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance tuning
ITIL Certification (preferred)
