Job Title : Construction Manager
Job Location – Dubai
Experience: 10–15+ years in the construction of high-rise buildings in a similar managerial role within the UAE and beyond.
A Construction Manager leads, plans, and executes high-rise and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety/quality standards. To oversee on-site operations, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and coordinate with engineers/consultants.
Skills: Strong leadership, technical expertise, proficiency in project management software (Primavera/MS Project), and deep knowledge of local construction regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Site Management: Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to prevent delays.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with UAE building codes, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, and QA/QC standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants to manage design, structural, and MEP interfaces.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, review shop drawings, and manage contractual documents (permits, change orders).
• Budgeting: Control costs by managing materials and certifying subcontractor payments.
