Job Position – Urdu Customer Service Agent
Location – Dammam – Al Shatea
Employment Type: Full-time | Rotating shifts
Work Schedule: 5 working days + 2 days off (Friday fixed, 1 day variable)
Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000
Requirements:
• Saudi or other nationality
• Advanced English language skills
• fluent in Arabic language skills
• Advanced Urdu language skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
