Job Title: FM Engineer (Electrical – FLS Maintenance)
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Engineering Graduates/PG (Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
Certifications: Experience with Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems required for Electrical Engineer
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices
Hands-on experience with electrical systems and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building facilities equipment
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations, codes, and FM best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
