Position: Head Coach
The candidate must hold a valid CrossFit certification (at least L1)

• Required Skill Set: Strong experience in personal training, leadership, client engagement, and team coordination
• Qualifications: Relevant and recognized fitness certifications
• Main Responsibilities:
• Leading training sessions
• Designing fitness programs
• Managing staff performance
• Providing personal coaching
• Creating and organizing the class schedule
• Required Experience: 2 years or more
• Basic Salary: 8,000 SAR per month
• Commission: Based on personal training sessions delivered (structure to be finalized)
• Accommodation: Shared housing within 10 minutes walking distance from the workplace
• Health Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare insurance provided, including for non-Saudi employees
• Annual Leave: 21 calendar days per year
• Annual Flight Ticket: One free round-trip ticket to the home country
• Transportation: Not required (accommodation within walking distance)
• Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable
• Start Date: As soon as possible
