We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support onboarding, accommodation coordination, and employee assignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments
Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities
Coordinate new joiner accommodation assignment
Liaise with employee relations and operations for staff allocation and deployment
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and manpower plans
Support bulk hiring and urgent operational requirements
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Experience in hospitality or high-volume recruitment is a plus
