Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence models and advanced analytics solutions.
Oversee enterprise initiatives involving machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
Guide data exploration processes to identify insights and support data-driven strategies.
Ensure high-quality data preparation, transformation, and data governance practices for analytics initiatives.
Direct the design and implementation of business intelligence platforms and enterprise reporting systems.
Develop interactive data visualization tools and dashboards to support operational monitoring and executive decision-making.
Monitor and manage the AI model lifecycle, including model evaluation, optimization, and maintenance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor analytics teams to build scalable AI and data science capabilities within the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 6+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or machine learning development.
Proven experience leading analytics teams and enterprise AI initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and statistical modelling techniques.
Experience developing AI models and advanced analytics applications.
Knowledge of data visualization platforms and business intelligence tools.
Experience working with large datasets and data preparation pipelines.
Ability to design scalable AI architectures and analytical frameworks.
Certifications (Preferred)
Data Science or Machine Learning certifications
AI engineering certifications:
Cloud AI certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI credentials
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex analytics insights into strategic business recommendations.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 35,000 – QAR 50,000 per month (Based on senior AI leadership roles in Qatar)
