Key Responsibilities
Design and govern enterprise Oracle Fusion architecture across Finance and SCM modules.
Define cross-functional business workflows connecting financial systems and supply chain processes.
Lead solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations ensuring scalability and compliance with business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical and functional ERP solutions.
Manage integration frameworks between Oracle Fusion modules and other enterprise systems.
Oversee implementation phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare support.
Support data migration, configuration governance, and system optimization initiatives.
Work closely with technical teams to implement integrations using REST services, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and enterprise solution architecture.
Experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enterprise ERP transformation programs.
Proven experience in cross-functional ERP architecture and system integration.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Intercompany Accounting.
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Costing, and Order Management.
Expertise in cross-functional solution design integrating finance and supply chain processes.
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher reporting tools, FBDI data imports, and REST API integrations.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and ERP solution design best practices.
Certifications (Mandatory)
Oracle Fusion Finance Certification or
Oracle Fusion SCM Certification
Additional Experience
Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-country ERP implementations.
Experience managing enterprise integration scenarios between financial and operational systems.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and architectural problem-solving abilities.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 35,000 – QAR 50,000 per month (Based on senior Oracle Fusion architecture roles in Qatar with 10+ years experience)
