Facility Maintenance Senior Technician – Kitchen Equipment
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Requirements / Qualifications :
• Tradesman certificate and/or relevant experience in facilities maintenance in retail or hospitality industry
• Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of modern refrigeration systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
• Experience in HVAC and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Good understanding of HACCP standards
