Job Position – Merchandise Planner / Retail Planner

Job Description:
The role will be responsible for planning, forecasting, inventory optimization and sales performance management across a portfolio of international beauty brands and will work closely with Buying, Category Management, Retail Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time, while maintaining healthy inventory levels and margin targets. This role is
critical in supporting store expansion across the GCC and managing high-velocity beauty categories with frequent new launches and
promotions.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising or related field
4-8 years’ experience in retail planning, merchandise planning or demand planning
Beauty, Multibrand beauty, FMCG retail experience preferred.
