Requirements:
Must have experience managing large-scale catering operations and events
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service quality
Ability to lead and supervise catering staff effectively
Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for successful event execution
Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Candidates must currently be in the UAE and preferably available for immediate joining.
