Job Title: Site Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduates/ Engineering Graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction or engineering projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
Ensure work is executed according to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance of site activities
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and highlight issues to project managers
Assist in planning resources, materials, and schedules for site work
