Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interiors or construction projects
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of interior fit-out works and construction materials
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Good analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software preferred
Assist in preparing cost estimates and project budgets for interior projects
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost calculations
