Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Prior experience working with PMC or consultancy organizations is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, tendering, and contract administration
• Good communication and coordination skills
