Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering deliverables across various project phases
• Manage engineering planning, scheduling, and technical deliverables for onshore oil and gas projects
• Coordinate with statutory authorities and external stakeholders for project approvals and compliance
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and ensure project standards are maintained
• Support brownfield engineering activities including site assessments and engineering evaluations
• Collaborate with international engineering consultancies and project teams
• Ensure effective interface management across contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and reporting during Pre-FEED and FEED stages
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
Experience
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry
Proven experience working as a Senior Project Engineer on onshore oil and gas projects
Experience in brownfield project environments is mandatory
Technical Skills
• Engineering planning and project coordination
• Multidisciplinary engineering management
• Interface management with authorities and stakeholders
• Experience managing Pre-FEED and FEED engineering phases
• Strong understanding of onshore oil and gas project development processes

Regional Experience (Preferred)
Experience working on projects within the Middle East region is considered an advantage.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 35,000 – QAR 50,000 per month (based on experience level and senior engineering roles in the Qatar oil and gas sector)
