Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Minimum 7–12 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
Experience in the Natural Stone / Marble industry preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards and regulations preferred
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or similar)
