Assistant Manager – HR (Male Candidate)
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the HR department and implement strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; analyze HR metrics to improve effectiveness
– Manage employee relations, foster engagement, and implement retention initiatives
– Supervise salary, incentives, and benefits programs ensuring compliance and efficiency
– Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to develop employees and leaders
– Ensure HR processes comply with laws, maintain records, and provide actionable HR analytics
Requirements / Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
– 5–7 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
– Proven experience in reducing attrition and improving employee engagement
– Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technology tools
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
