Job Title: Estimation Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, or Quantity Surveying
3–5 years in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation
Knowledge of local suppliers and material pricing in Saudi Arabia preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and tendering processes
Ability to prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), cost reports, and tender documents
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with Saudi Arabia construction standards and local market practices
