Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and ArgoCD
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, and modern container orchestration tools
Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using industry-standard DevOps monitoring tools
Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline application deployment and release processes
Implement security best practices across DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure environments
Maintain Linux-based systems and support production infrastructure stability
Optimize system performance and automate operational workflows across DevOps environments
Support virtualization infrastructure including VMware and cloud platforms where applicable
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure roles
Strong hands-on experience managing CI/CD environments and DevOps automation pipelines
Technical Skills
Jenkins, Git, ArgoCD for CI/CD automation
Kubernetes and OpenShift container orchestration
Linux system administration
Python or Bash scripting for infrastructure automation
Azure DevOps platform management
Virtualization technologies such as VMware
Cloud infrastructure knowledge (Google Kubernetes Engine experience is considered an advantage)
Monitoring, logging, and system performance management tools
Certifications (Preferred)
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Soft Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong documentation and operational planning capabilities

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 22,000 – SAR 32,000 per month (Estimated based on DevOps Engineer market compensation in Saudi Arabia for professionals with 5+ years of experience)
Compensation Type: Monthly contract compensation
