Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years relevant field experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be available for immediate joining
ADNOC-approved candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise all lifting activities on-site
Ensure lifting operations follow safety regulations and standards
Conduct risk assessments and method statements for lifting tasks
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel
Inspect lifting equipment before and after use
Maintain records of lifting operations and report incidents
Train staff on safe lifting practices
