Job Title: Sr. Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 15 years of overall experience in construction projects
For SN 1–2: At least 12 years of overall experience; experience in Design and Build projects preferred but not mandatory
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in PWA Building projects (extendable)
Immediate mobilization after client approval
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and construction contracts
Proficiency in preparing BOQs, cost reports, and tender documents
Familiarity with construction standards, billing, and procurement processes
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
