Job Description :
• Develop and execute sales strategies by creating effective plans to meet or exceed sales targets focusing on customer acquisition and retention in the zone assigned
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SOHO by qualifying leads and analyzing trends to identify new sales prospects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and suggest plans by understanding their basic needs
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Assist in resolving issues raised by existing customers in coordination with the client s complaints rectification team
• Attend industry events and conferences and stay updated with the latest industry trends and products
