Key Responsibilities:
Manage post-sales onboarding processes in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
Drive product adoption and solution utilization aligned with customer business use cases.
Manage contract renewals and proactively mitigate churn risks.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers to support customer retention and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for product evolution, modernization, and technology upgrades.
Introduce new products and lead customer value management (CVM) campaigns.
Monitor customer health metrics including usage, engagement, and financial performance indicators.
Maintain accurate account reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or B2B Sales Support roles.
Proven ability to manage enterprise customer relationships and drive product adoption.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B products and techno-commercial business environments.
Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems such as BCRM, CBCM, and B2B digital platforms is preferred.
Ability to analyze customer usage metrics and engagement data to improve product adoption.
Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
