Site Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
Supervise construction teams and ensure daily site operations run efficiently.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to maintain project workflow.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Support project reporting and assist with site documentation and progress tracking.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience supervising construction site teams and project activities.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
General Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Proven experience working on mega construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge and project coordination skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments.
GCC construction experience is an advantage.
Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
Site Team Leader: SAR 12,000 – SAR 20,000 per month
