Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, and support of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other critical business systems.
Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications, internal systems, and external platforms using APIs, middleware, and modern integration technologies.
Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including selection, deployment, upgrades, optimization, and user adoption.
Collaborate with business units to design technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee IT operations related to application platforms, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.
Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and regulatory standards across all enterprise applications.
Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Manage vendors and technology partners to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and project delivery timelines.
Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies for critical enterprise systems.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to IT teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with significant leadership in enterprise applications management.
Proven experience managing ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise application ecosystems.

Technical Skills
Strong expertise in enterprise systems integration, APIs, middleware technologies, and application architecture.
Experience in IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation initiatives and large-scale IT infrastructure management.
Experience supporting regulatory reporting requirements for listed companies is advantageous.

Certifications (Preferred)
Project and IT governance certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent.

Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic planning and enterprise technology management expertise.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
