Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain construction contract documentation and project records.
Support the preparation and review of contract agreements, variations, and claims documentation.
Monitor contract compliance and ensure project activities align with contractual terms and conditions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on contract-related matters.
Assist in managing project claims, change orders, and contract modifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of contract communications and project correspondence.
Support project teams with contract administration procedures and reporting.
Ensure contractual processes comply with project requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in the UAE construction sector.
Experience in construction contract administration and documentation management.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of contract management processes and construction documentation.
Experience handling project contracts, variations, and claims management.
Ability to review contract agreements, project documentation, and construction records.
Familiarity with construction project coordination and contract compliance procedures.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Good organizational and documentation management skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary construction teams.
