Customer Account Manager (CAM)
Location: Riyadh | Khobar | Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer accounts and financial records.
Monitor outstanding payments and support accounts receivable and collections processes.
Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and account discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation.
Support business teams with customer account insights and financial updates.
Maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts management or collections.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and manage customer accounts efficiently.
Problem-solving ability and attention to financial accuracy.
Average Market Salary (Estimated)
Customer Account Manager: SAR 7,000 – SAR 12,000 per month
