Key Responsibilities:
Review and finalize sales forecasts and measure forecast accuracy monthly
Convert sales forecasts into production and raw material plans
Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and R&D teams
Manage inventory parameters, safety stock, and reorder points
Prepare monthly and annual raw material planning
Handle stock shortages, supply risks, and inventory optimization
Organize and manage S&OP processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Executive S&OP)
Monitor near-expiry raw materials and finished goods and coordinate liquidation plans
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Background in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Industrial sectors
Strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems
Fluent in English and Arabic
Candidates currently residing in Kuwait preferred
Nationality: Open
