Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Pastry preferred
3–5 years of experience in bakery or pastry kitchen operations, preferably in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry preparation techniques
Experience in recipe development and food costing
Ability to maintain quality, taste, and correct grammage in all products
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff
