Job Title: Sous Chef – Cold Kitchen

Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary/ Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in cold kitchen operations, preferably in a supervisory role

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of cold kitchen preparations such as salads, cold appetizers, and plated dishes
Experience in recipe development and food costing
Ability to maintain taste, quality, and correct grammage in all dishes
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Salary:
KD 450 – KD 600
