Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments within enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory services including user management, group policies, and domain configuration.
• Manage network services such as DNS and DHCP to ensure reliable system connectivity.
• Monitor server performance and implement optimization strategies for system efficiency.
• Maintain security best practices across Windows environments and enterprise infrastructure.
• Support operational workloads and maintain system availability across IT environments.
• Implement system updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Manage virtualization platforms and support cloud infrastructure integration where applicable.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical solutions for system stability.
• Document system configurations, processes, and infrastructure procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Windows System Administrator in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration and infrastructure management.
• Practical experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise server environments.
• Experience working with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange environments and enterprise security best practices.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or
MCSE are preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system optimization skills.
• Candidates with transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 12,000 – SAR 18,000 per month
