Pilates Reformer Instructor for Boutique Pilates Studio in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our boutique Pilates studio in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping clients improve their physical well-being through Pilates Reformer training. As an instructor, you will be responsible for leading safe and effective group classes, ensuring clients stay motivated and perform exercises with proper technique. The instructor will also have the opportunity to conduct private sessions in addition to group classes, allowing them to increase their monthly income through commission.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead Pilates Reformer group classes that cater to participants of different fitness levels.
- Instruct clients on proper techniques, posture, and breathing patterns to ensure a safe and effective workout.
- Provide individualized attention and exercise modifications when necessary.
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing movements correctly.
- Create a positive and supportive environment during classes.
- Ensure all Pilates equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support their fitness progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes.
- Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized organization such as Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates, Polestar Pilates or equivalent.
- Experience teaching group classes and private sessions.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and body movement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels.
- CPR certification preferred.
Salary Package:
- Monthly salary: 10,000 SAR (inclusive of housing allowance).
- 15% commission on private sessions conducted.
- Example: Private session price 200 SAR → instructor receives 30 SAR per session.

- Cost of living in Tabuk is relatively affordable compared to major Saudi cities.
Working Schedule:
- Minimum 5 group classes per day.
- Maximum 6 group classes per day.
- Each class approximately 60 minutes.
- Private sessions may be scheduled in addition to group classes.

Applicants may be required to provide a video demonstration of teaching a Pilates Reformer class or conduct an online practical interview.
