Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and construction drawings for building projects.
Develop detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations to support architectural proposals and project visualization.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design alignment with structural and MEP requirements.
Review and update architectural drawings according to project specifications and design revisions.
Support project teams with design documentation required for approvals and construction implementation.
Maintain design records, drawing updates, and project documentation.
Ensure architectural deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related architectural engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design or building design projects.
Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of architectural design documentation and construction drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software tools.
Experience developing 3D models and architectural presentations.
Strong coordination and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must currently be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
Candidates must own a car for transportation related to project coordination.
Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Portfolio submission is required to demonstrate design capabilities.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 6,000 – SAR 9,000 per month based on Saudi Arabia architectural design market standards for professionals with 3+ years of experience.
