Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise road and infrastructure construction activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Ensure construction works are completed within project timelines and budget expectations.
Identify project risks, technical challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee site operations and ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards.
Support project planning activities and resource allocation for efficient execution.
Maintain communication between engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects.
Proven experience in project planning, execution, and site supervision.
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage project schedules and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
Immediate availability to join ongoing projects is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of infrastructure construction standards and project management practices.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary: Up to AED 14,000 per month
