Requirements:
Valid Work Permit Receiver (WPR) certification approved by a recognized third party (Aramco / SEC or approved authority)
Strong knowledge of permit-to-work (PTW) systems and safety procedures
Familiarity with hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety compliance
Ability to coordinate with HSE teams, supervisors, and site personnel
Good communication and documentation skills
