PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY)
Qualification – Graduate or Equivalent
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for sourcing construction procurement within schedule
2. Procurement Planning as per site requirements
3. Coordination with Projects /Project Engineers, financial to get approvals as per budget constraints
4. To make sure that Quality and cost control is focused while procuring materials
5. Ensure that all materials are delivered at site within schedule ( as fixed by Project Manager/Engineer)
6. Discuss with Vendors , negotiate and finalize supplier contracts /agreements to supply construction materials at site as per UAE rules & regulations
Experience – 3-4 Years experience of Procurement and last 1-2 Years must be in Construction industry in UAE
