Key Responsibilities:
Conduct traffic impact studies and mobility assessments
Prepare traffic management plans and road safety analyses
Review and interpret engineering drawings and infrastructure layouts
Ensure compliance with local and international traffic standards
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and government authorities
Identify and implement solutions to improve traffic efficiency and safety
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely deliverables
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (other degrees may be considered with strong relevant experience)
Experience
Proven experience in traffic engineering and road infrastructure projects
Experience in traffic impact studies and traffic management planning
Strong background in road safety engineering
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with local and international traffic engineering standards
Understanding of infrastructure project coordination
Skills
Strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Other Requirements:
Valid Qatar ID mandatory
Must be able to join immediately
Working schedule: Standard hours, 6 days per week

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 12,000 – 18,000 per month (based on experienced Traffic Engineer roles in Doha infrastructure projects)
