Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy
Operate and manage WMS / ERP systems for inventory tracking
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation processes
Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations
Maintain accurate documentation of goods receipts and dispatches
Support centralized warehouse activities and large-scale operations
Provide logistical support for event-related inventory requirements
Ensure compliance with internal warehouse policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Diploma or higher in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience
Minimum four (4) years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
Experience in centralized warehouses or large operations
Event support experience preferred
Technical Knowledge
Practical knowledge of WMS / ERP systems
Strong understanding of warehouse documentation and inventory procedures
Skills
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
Bilingual capability (Arabic & English) is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective coordination and communication skills
Other Requirements:
Valid Qatar ID mandatory
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 5,500 – 8,000 per month (based on experienced Inventory Controller roles in Qatar with 4+ years of warehouse operations experience)
