What You Will Be Responsible For
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple operational and corporate functions
• Partnering with hiring managers to define success profiles and structured selection criteria
• Leading disciplined interview governance and evaluation practices to improve hiring quality
• Designing and coordinating assessment centers, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns
• Building strong candidate pipelines through multi-channel sourcing strategies
• Monitoring recruitment analytics including pipeline conversion, source-of-hire, and hiring effectiveness
• Supporting internal mobility, transfers, promotions, and replacement hiring coordination
• Contributing to workforce planning discussions through vacancy tracking and hiring demand insights
• Maintaining strong documentation discipline and ensuring recruitment processes remain SOP-driven and audit-ready
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 4-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in multi-location or high-volume environments
• Experience supporting structured interviews, hiring governance, and recruitment analytics
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
• Can start immediately
