Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain petty cash assigned to the farm according to approved procedures.
Review daily farm expenses and invoices before submitting them to the Head Office.
Ensure all purchases and payments are supported by proper documentation.
Collect and organize financial documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, receiving notes, contracts, and purchase requests.
Send financial documents daily to the Head Office / Finance Department.
Follow up on farm-related purchases including feed, medicines, and operational supplies.
Record daily expenses in manual records or Excel sheets as required.
Perform periodic petty cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies to management.
Ensure all financial documents are properly reviewed and authorized.
Cooperate with the finance department and auditors when documentation is required.
Participate in periodic inventory and stock counting.
Ensure compliance with company financial and administrative policies.
Perform any other administrative or financial duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Previous accounting experience (experience in agriculture or farm operations is an advantage).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to relocate and live in the Al Wafra area.

Salary: 300 - 350 KD
Location: Wafra, Kuwait
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (6 days per week)
