Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities in line with FM standards
-Coordinate Hard FM (structural, MEP support, building fabric) and Soft FM (finishes, minor interiors, common areas) works
-Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance using CAFM systems
-Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality checks ensuring compliance with ISO and UAE regulations
-Prepare technical reports, method statements, and BOQs for civil maintenance works
-Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and FM teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
-Monitor HSE compliance and enforce site safety standards
Requirements:
-5+ years experience in civil works within a Facilities Management company in the UAE
-Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
-Experience in high-rise or community FM projects
-Knowledge of UAE building codes, ISO FM standards, and CAFM systems
-Valid UAE Driving License preferred
-Immediate joiners and local candidates preferred
