Key Responsibilities
• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor MEP construction activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV works
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and workforce training programs
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports
• Ensure safety practices related to scaffolding, lifting operations, and fall protection
• Monitor confined space entry, LOTO procedures, and fire safety systems
• Coordinate with project teams to enforce safety standards across all activities

Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in construction safety, specifically MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessment procedures
• Hands-on experience with scaffolding safety, lifting operations, and electrical hazards
• Knowledge of confined space entry, LOTO procedures, and fire safety planning
• Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
• Candidate must currently be present in Oman and available for face-to-face interview

Preferred Certifications:
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
• IOSH Certification

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month
