Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of well testing operations, including rig-up and rig-down activities
• Assist in pressure testing and operation of well testing equipment
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of field equipment and machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment in field environments
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during field operations
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational regulations
• Coordinate with field engineers and supervisors for operational support
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues for timely resolution
• Maintain operational records and documentation as required
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma in Science, Engineering, or relevant technical qualification (mandatory)
• 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas (Well Testing, Drilling, or Production)
• Proven hands-on experience with rig-up, rig-down, and pressure testing
• Strong experience in operating and supporting well testing equipment
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment servicing
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and safety compliance
• Ability to work in field-based and demanding environments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
