Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across Kuwait (cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, retailers, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
Present and promote CAF coffee products to new and existing clients
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of B2B sales experience (F&B, coffee, hospitality, or FMCG is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent relationship-building skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and Arabic
Valid Kuwait driving license & transferable residency
