Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store in line with brand standards and guidelines.
Supervise, lead, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality to achieve sales targets.
Initiate and drive Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities to improve topline sales.
Manage stock control and inventory management efficiently.

Strong customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Experience with POS and ordering systems (Foodics, Odoo)
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English and Arabic

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent
Proven experience as a Store Supervisor / Store Manager in the F&B industry
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Arab National
Valid Kuwait Residency with transferable visa
