Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD to functional and technical specifications)
Support solution design and architecture for banking systems and integrations
Assist in preparing and validating Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
Work on API integrations and system interoperability across platforms
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements
Support implementation, testing, and deployment phases
Ensure compliance with banking standards and system requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the banking domain
Strong understanding of payment systems and core banking platforms
Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and solution architecture
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Experience in digital transformation or fintech projects is preferred

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 14,000 – 22,000 per month (based on solution analyst roles in Saudi Arabia banking sector)
