Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer regarding project execution activities.
Supervise foremen, charge hands, workers, and subcontractors to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor the proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and construction materials at the project site.
Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support construction activities.
Ensure resources are available at the project site in coordination with the Construction Manager and Project Engineer.
Maintain professional communication with client representatives and consultants at the construction site.
Ensure project execution aligns with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Record site instructions, variation orders, and project documentation for proper reporting.
Measure and record completed works and submit reports to the Project Manager for monthly client valuations.
Prepare payment certificates for subcontractors and piece workers for submission to the Project Engineer.
Enforce safety regulations and construction safety standards across site operations.
Support implementation of company QHSE and Information Security Management System policies.
Perform additional project-related duties assigned by the Construction Manager or Project Engineer.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil construction project site supervision.
Strong understanding of construction site management, project coordination, and engineering documentation.
Ability to supervise workforce and subcontractors within active construction environments.
Strong communication and reporting skills for coordination with consultants and project teams.
Preferred Training and Certifications
Safety training related to construction site management.
AutoCAD knowledge for interpreting construction drawings.
Surveying knowledge for site measurement and layout verification.
MMUP certification or related engineering accreditation is advantageous.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 7,000 – QAR 10,000 per month based on Qatar construction industry standards for Site Engineers with over 3 years of experience.
