Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities on site including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical works.
Review MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Identify and resolve coordination issues between MEP systems and other disciplines such as civil and architectural works.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Monitor MEP work progress and report delays, technical issues, or risks affecting project timelines.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination of MEP drawings and revisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP coordination within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to review MEP drawings.
Experience coordinating with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
Good understanding of construction standards, coordination procedures, and site execution.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
