Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
Record daily accounting entries using Tally software.
Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in financial reporting.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
Assist in VAT documentation and compliance requirements.
Use Advanced Excel for data analysis and financial tracking.
Coordinate with clients or suppliers when required, including occasional field visits.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1+ years of accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of Tally.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to handle occasional fieldwork.
Preference: Candidates with prior Dubai work experience.
