Key Responsibilities
Manage daily fleet operations including dispatch, delivery scheduling, and driver coordination
Optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs
Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and fleet performance metrics
Utilize GPS tracking systems and fleet management software for real-time monitoring
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet readiness
Analyze logistics data to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime
Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and distribution teams for seamless operations
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to fleet operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in fleet coordination or fleet management
Mandatory experience in FMCG logistics and distribution operations
Strong hands-on experience in dispatch management, delivery coordination, and driver supervision
Expertise in route optimization, vehicle utilization, and fuel monitoring
Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and fleet management software
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
